I was also up for 5 nights straight once to finish off some project I had to do. Yeah, what you say happened to me too, not the spiders, but solid objects seems as though they are bending or moving slightly. I used to see fixed objects moving too when I look at that criss-cross pattern on an Aluminium/Steel sheet, you know the type you get on steel steps. It would look as though those lines are moving, but I just thought it was my eyes that were strained from keeping them open so long, but your post has made me think again.
