dude, chicks lie about stuff like that all the time. I'd try to talk to her, ask her why she still feels the need to talk to him. The only reason I can see that she lied was that she was scared of losing you. be up front with her, don't get mad, and worst case scenario, end it....... although it shouldn't come to such extreme measures if you 2 are as in love as you say.
