I know that, the food thing... I wasn't fat either, completely not, but eating tons and tons of 'wrong' food. Nothing to worry abut, I thought. But eating healthy feels so much better! No more sugar cravings and sugar headaches. :-)

The staying home and doing nothing... I'm still pretty good at that though. hehe

But sometimes I try to challenge myself. Until now only in sports though. I need it to make me feel good about myself, I think. But I hope I can add some other challenges too (which would be real challenges for me, I guess). Some more art, some about being more social,...
