Oh ok, sorry, I seem to be misinformed. It must also feel quite powerful to be able to willingly control your dreams, especially in the almost "helpless" state of sleep we are in. But, if someone can practice how to control that, imagine how one could control the outcome of nightmares or the like. I think I've only had a few lucid dreams, but have had more of what they call false awakening. I remember, rather embarrassingly, how I would dream of going to the toilet and urinating, only to wake up for real and find I wet myself . I've also experienced the "late for work" false awakening.
