Like when I was in the shower I closed my eyes then opened them and it was like the tiles were breathing and they were doing a Mexican wave like it was a water mattress or something and it was making me feel really dizzy. And now it is happening again with the computer screen it keeps going all wavy like it is made of water or something and it is really hard to focus. I have had problems a few weeks ago with seeing objects in my room moving in my peripheral vision. It was like my fan was moving all over the room and then the vase on the table was moving it was really disturbing.

Just please can someone help me, if I go to the doctors I wouldn't even know where to begin or what to say...
