Hello there Berrylotus. Hunny, could you please please please consider going to see your GP or any health care professional because this is not really a common problem and it sounds as though this is fairly new to you. Have you recently commenced treatment by medication? I mean any medication, not just Psych meds. Have you recently stopped taking any kind of meds? Sorry to ask but do you drink alcohol whilst taking meds? Even if none of those things apply to you, I'd still make an appointment with your Dr. Depending on your age it could be blood pressure, but I'm NOT and Dr or health professional, PLEASE visit your Dr just so they can do a process of elimination.
