I, too, used to have the feeling of being 'swallowed up...' and I used to worry about things I 'should..' be doing....truth is, there are no shoulds everyone in this life is different...what kinds of things do you feel you should be doing? Do you have friends or family or psychiatric programs that can help? What does your T say? Perhaps getting more involved but in a new way, not something that is a should.
