Talk to an employment lawyer. Call the eeoc or department of labor. Ask if you can get accommodations under the americans wirh disabilities act. Whenever Ive called I've found the phones are answered by bright young lawyers or law students who are eager to talk your ears off about your rights under the law. If its changed, let me know.
I think not being shouted at and called names would be a very reasonable accommodation for ptsd.
Let an expert talk you through the process of requesting that.

I'm sorry I can't be positive. I don't know how to tell you how to be abused without getting retraumatised. I'm not experienced with going to HR and asking to be treated decently. All I know is don't quit or walk off of you need unemployment. You have a legal right to changes I. The workplace for your disability but I personally have no idea how that gets done real world. (i tried to find out at vo rehab and a shelf fell on my head! Made me feel sort of unwelcome).
