My T usually notices if I'm significantly more dressed up - but she'll usually just ask if I had to go in to the office or give a presentation. I typically work from home, so she usually just sees me in jeans and a casual top. My T knows that if I have to be in the office before our session, I need a few minutes to switch mindsets, so I think her asking is a way for her to judge how we need to start the session.
