Has anyone had this problem?

I have not been thinking before I act. I have been misplacing things like my glasses what seems to be every ten minutes. I am distracted. When I look for something, I cannot see what is directly in front of me. When I walk, I am off balance and stumbling. This is so rare for me.

Any ideas on what is happening to me?
