From one anxiety sufferer to another we both know that you will have releapses and up's and down's with these disorders but the key I think is to increase the amount of good days you have over the bad days. And to know that when you have a bad day there are more good ones right around the corner. I think the biggest problem I had initially with getting "mentally" healthy was believing that once I got to a better place I wouldn't experience any bad days. This just frustrated the crap out of me until I said I can be at a better place and still have bad days and that is okay. Once I expected that I felt better and less frustrated with myself.
