That's really good advice Schrunchie. I totally agree with you. When I first starting having anxiety problems, my doctor told me to avoid stress. Well, I took her advice... to the extreme. It turns out that EVERYTHING was stressful for me, so I started avoiding things little by little and pretty soon I was avoiding everything. I wish I had faced my fears early on before things spiralled so out of control. I don't know if it was like this for you, but for me, the path to complete avoidance seemed to happen without me even noticing. I just woke up one day and realized I hadn't left my home in a month... and I stayed that way for 3 years.
