I used to have trouble eating on occasion. I think it helps to make sure that what you do eat is nutrient-dense, including foods like mango, beans, fish, egg, or kale.

I know some people recommend fruit smoothies, but those can wind up being a lot of sugar and little else. Better than nothing, though.
