Honestly, I think it's fairly likely for her to feel the need to disclose a recent suicide attempt. She's inexperienced, you're in severe trouble or were, she's in supervision, and she doesn't know you well enough to evaluate your stability. I don't know that it would be the prescriber she'd tell, because I'm not sure what the hierarchy is in her practice, but the odds seem decent that she would tell someone, and I don't want to guess at how that would go.
