I still think it's critically important you talk to someone about this, and she seems likely to be the best resource for you. No matter who gets told, the fact remains you need and deserve help. I just don't want you to go in unaware and be blindsided.
It's certainly possible the prescriber would not be told, but there are too many variables for me to feel at all confident they wouldn't be. Perhaps you could ask her hypothetically, who her chain of command is, who she has to go to, with difficult disclosures and how that would happen.
