I'm sorry. I have that too - "nobody cares about me" goes through my head quite often and for no real reason that I can understand half the time. That's not your fault though. She's the one who is being paid for knowing how to help you accept it/recognize it. That's her part in this so I'm not sure why she's putting that back on you. Does she have any ideas?
