I think for me all my anxiety is situations, I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Alot of anxiety only with certain things.
I also have low self-esteem and low confidence that is why I think anxiety gets me so much. Once I work on those 2 I should be able kick this in the butt.
I automatically assume I will fail or something, that's my problem. I don't have any real faith in myself and I rely on people too much.
I want a job, don't mind the interviews, but what I'm scared that I will get the job, anxiety hits the roof. Usually someone will become anxious to get a call and say that you didn't get the job, when my fear is they will call me up and say that I have it.
That's the problem i'm having right now.
