Back in school they teach us what sex is, how to do it and how to do it safely.

What they don't teach us is how to meet people.

I have never succesfully asked a woman out.

I am a 26 year old male I cant tell when women are into me. I don't know how to ask women out on dates
I wouldnt even know what to do on one.

I have had relationships but these women always came onto me. I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

I feel I am ugly. Unattractive and not what women want.

Where does one meet women, how can I tell if she is into me, how to I be more attractive where do I take her.

This is my reason for depression and feeling inadequate.
