I am just talking about these things in my therapy right now. I have the opposite problem thought. I can talk about it with not much problems but my emotions are just very much shut off. Which means I can talk but it is not healing as it doesn´t change anything for me the pain is still all inside me somewhere behind a lock in a black box or something.
I would just recommend taking really small steps and doing what you are more comfortable with first like drawing, writing, talking about it in more general terms?
