Melissa, you know you have learned great skills that have taken you so far in the last year. You also know those skills don't cure depression. They are meant to help you cope with your symptoms, one of which is depression. I know you've been under a great deal of stress lately. Be patient with yourself and remember that those skills are meant for times you are feeling exactly like this. This is when you need to purposefully remind yourself to use them to counteract your thinking. I hope you start feeling better. Give yourself time. It's a stressful time for you.
