Well, that was a blast. Just went out for a few hours, to town, then to another town, looking for a decent pair of sports trainers, but had zero luck. (need them for high-impact exercises, and jogging/running)

Got HEAPS of food from Morrisons. £17 for 2 bags full of some seriously good stuff! Bargain, much. I thought that place would be incredibly expensive, but my dad 'n I were like O.O at all the bargains.

Also, I knew I loved olives when they are on pizzas and stuff, but I just ate a ton of olives all bundled together in a lil pot with herbs, and added some spicy sauce (got some pretty hot sauce, as well! YAY) and OMG was it INCREDIBLE. I now realise that I have a SERIOUS thing for olives. xD I hope they're healthy.

Got us a lot of onion baadjies for our tea, tonight; gonna be lush! £3 for something like 30 of them, and they ain't small, IMO. xD

At one point in the shop, we went up some of the most delicious looking deserts, and we were drooling as though we were staring at gorgeous women. haha. I was like "This is like food porn!" in retrospect, I may have said that too loudly.

So, had a great quads, thighs, and calves workout, got some good cardio, was a good day, sleep was acceptable, and will top it off with a nice munch!

Oh, and also, I didn't feel quite as bad about my body... like, I hate to say this, but usually I'll always wear something like a coat, to... *hangs head in shame* hide my body.. particularly my stomach. But, I actually looked pretty good, so I guess all the fitness stuff is worth it. xD

-- Munch was awesome! And truly finished the day with some more cardio: 24 minutes, bike, 4/8, 10km. 24-27kmph.
