Thanks! I know you are right. It doesn't make it any less frustrating. I keep telling myself at least we are far from crisis mode. So something I have learned in the past year IS working. Just the crying spells are really hard. I'm not normally a crier in my depressions of course normally I'm numb and in crisis. I guess I'll take the crying vs crisis.
