Well i had made some fresh strawberry frozen greek yogurt over the weekend, and saw that i was overeating it, and i really havent been overeating (ie eating more than one serving) of anything this month, and everybody always talks about diet cheat days, so i just went ahead and bought some chocolate caramels. About 500 calories worth. I did NOT buy fiber one bars - no pretending this stuff is good for me. Just plain candy. It was good, then it was over.

Day 1 - i did food prep. Made watermelon balls, made arugula and chickpea pesto, cut up celery. Is that all?? It feels like i spent all day in the kitchen. I also had to wash the 8 tiny half cup ice cream containers from the weekend! Oh, and washed blueberries.

Day 2 (1st Thursday) plans - finish food prep, then wash kitchen and bathroom floors?
