Frozen natural fruit bars are a good substitute for sweets. I always keep a box of cereal on hand too in case I get sugar cravings, since even the low-sugar ones seem to taste sweet enough... But no substitution will work when the saboteur comes around!!

Cereal is a binge food for me. If a box lasts til the next morning, its a miracle! And i WILL eat the whole box of popsicles or fudgsicles. Sigh. There IS a reason i look like this

But im better as long as i stay away from the high fructose corn syrup, and salty food. That stuff will do me in. Most bread, its the salt that keeps it jumping into my mouth.
