Hi this is my first post so I'll try to be as clear as possible...

Not long ago -a year or so- I met a boy and we started dating -and were having a good time, and a rough kind of relation (I just want to put you in context here), but thing is he was only here for a couples of months and all... He went back to his country -I don't know where- and we decided to keep chatting online -having a Dom/sub relation online-. But now I have told him that I wanted our relation to end because it wasn't healthy and I wanted to have a boyfriend that could be there for me, he said that he didn't want it to end and that it was all right. So I made up a story to make him understand that it was better for both of us, and that it would be better like that. Problem is he started to call me all kinds of name, said I betrayed him and that I was only a cheat; and that since we were together for some time now that he had enough pictures of me - compromising pictures I mean- on his phone to put them on Internet and that he'd put a Craiglist add in my area to make sure I'd get annoyed. He's clearly blackmailing me and I don't know what to do... I asked him to stop and the only thing he says it's that he wants to see me broken and begging for mercy... I want to go to the police, but I don't see how they can help me since it's been happening online... I'm so desperate, I need help, I can't take it anymore. Please help!
