She should clean up her room. Your step dad should fix the ceiling fan or replace it. He can buy a new ceiling fan for pretty cheap. And if the floor was clean they could put blankets or sleeping bags on the floor to sleep. You deserve to have your own bedroom without fear of her coming in and taking or destroying your stuff. I'm really sorry you have to go through that. It's certainly not fair to you
