I tried one for healing some weeks ago. Can't remember which one, but it worked for a minor ailment I'd been having that wouldn't go away. Tried another for depression also. Only did it once. The recommendation was to do it for at least 30 days, but I kept forgetting. I'm really not sure if that single session had any significant impact on my emotional state, but I'm willing to try it again. It seems harmless and it's free.
