* bed by 1am (lay down even if you can't sleep)
* up by 10 am
* shower
* take meds
2. House
* make your bed
* clean your room
* clean your kitchen
3. Community
* get out of your house daily ( even if its to the library)
* volunteer ( it helps you feel better about yourself)
