I have felt "bad" about myself most of my life. I am just now starting to turn things around and accept myself. The things that have helped me the most are therapy, journaling and support groups like this one. I have spent hours writing and talking about why I hate myself...now, I don't feel like I hate myself. I have done some bad things, but they don't make me a bad person. What is important is that I learn from them. What are the things you can do to raise your English score from a 61%? Maybe make a list and try to slowly improve...
