I hate isolation too, though I hate it less than I hate people.

Should I go to a therapist for this? I really don't think the therapist is going to change anything because I thought about every little thing anyone can say to me to change my mind, not only about this topic but about any topic.

I think a therapist would really help out a lot. If you talk things out, it helps to relieve the pressure of those situations you need to work on.
