I have to take leave of the real world for my own sanity, at times LOL that means, shutting all the phones OFF and if I happen to notice a call coming in, looking at who it is on the caller ID and still not answering it! Not answering the doorbell (but peeking through the peephole is allowed) not opening my mail (but keeping it in a place so I will do so when ready) not not not whatever!

Why should you deem other's ppl's requests higher than your own needs? Why should you feel guilty because they can't get their own stuff done, and fall back to you to bail them out? Let them fall!

Usually it takes much less time than I think when I escape from the world, and then I can function again. TC!
