It might be easier if you have a specific question or problem you want to talk to your therapist about rather than trying to talk about "sex" in the larger-than-life sense? Don't think of it as "sex" but a specific behavior that bothers you -- get a little abstract and clinical about it, as if you were writing to Playboy's advice column?
