I am one of those people with MS who can't be sick because I look so good. I always have cramping and stiffness in my legs and it often hurts to walk. I try not to park in the handicapped spaces because I know I need to keep walking and I alway think there may be someone else who needs the space worse than I.

I am also a person who may move the car over one space just to make things a little easier on myself. Anyone watching me do such a thing would probably think as you do and wonder why I am being so lazy. Believe me, there is a reason. Just because you do not recognize it readily does not mean it is not valid.
