You do not say when you started the medication but it could be your system getting used to it. Medication can take a few months even to work correctly. Please mention to your doctor as it may be that it needs adjusting slightly.

Depression can make us feel tired and unmotivated. Anxiety can make us feel so stressed that we can feel unable to concentrate. The ADD diagnosis will also be a factor in this in having difficulty in concentrating.
