I feel thoroughly ****ed over.
I get like this every summer. I don't know if sunlight is a factor or not because I was manic as hell in January this year when as you know the days are very short. It seems just random.
Anxiety isn't really a factor for me so I don't know what it is that's triggering this. It feels completely random, and that doesn't make it any easier.

What helps me when mixed is to write, cry, light candles and listen to comforting music, doing guided meditations on YouTube, I'm not religious but when I'm mixed I usually do a lot of praying, lol.
It seems since u were put on latuda you've been having problems with mania and mixed episodes...
