Hi This Way, yesterday sounds like an improvement then, right??!! So if so mark it as one!!! Give that to yourself!!!
And the reasons........you feeling defeated and hopeless........if they were overall feelings as well.........then good triggers to SI, right???
You know even if you're lacking
so much energy/
not even caring about things,
that isn't necessarily going to reduce or stop SI if............and defeated and hopeless........I'd
still say
well done!!!!!!
And you know- "It's easier to do in the mornings if I have slept"-
really good thing to know,
really good thing to have in your armory!! I could say focus on things that might help with your sleeping, but I know it might not always work/help so from that you
do know that things
can get a little easier. And
really try to focus on that when things
are harder..........so if you can just hang in there
as much as you possibly can.........things
will get lighter/easier.
And that's
great that you felt you could reach out to your T!!! And
did!!!
I know it might not be as easy with someone else.........but given the right person and time......
