Just gonna throw in my two cents for what it's worth. I take lithium and klonopin and I have memory issues, but different from what you describe. I forget simple words, appointments, and what happened yesterday etc.

My sister also has bipolar and she has what you describe to a "T". Although she has always had bad balance even as a kid. I think the part where she loses everything is more recent. She takes lithium, Seraquel, and a number of other meds.
