I have back pain too. Recently seen a doctor about it, x ray showed nothing wrong but was prescribed arcoxia and anarex to deal with the discomfort. Don't think it was from anxiety, just bad posture and diet. I mainly get chest pain from anxiety when I'm not taking propanolol.
