I came across something the other day that sounded good to me:
Do one thing each day in pursuit of your goal, no matter how tiny that thing is.
So for eating healthier, you could simply choose not to eat as many potato chips as you want. It's a small action, but it keeps your goal in front of you. On another day when you have more will power, maybe you will choose to eat something healthy for lunch instead of the junk food you crave.
