I would certainly move jobs if you do not like where you are. But there are lots of jobs where there are problems and coworkers/bosses we do not like. You may want to work on their affect on you? So your uniform did not fit you the way your boss wanted it to; that is not about "You" -- You are the right size, it is the uniform that did not fit! Likewise, there are jobs with uniforms (I'm thinking of the Dallas Cheerleaders) where it is very important to the people in charge that they look a certain way. That is kind of the point of uniforms and I know there are lots of people who don't like uniforms (thinking Catholic school girls :-) and try to change them, etc. and that can damage the image of the company (or the owners/bosses can perceive it that way). I would practice not taking things personally. If your boss needed you to work, your studying would naturally take second place, you are working for them, they are not working for you. I do not know that many jobs will give you "extra"/any time to study during work times. You have to go to school and study on your own time. It is nice when there are benefits we like but that is not a guarantee. Can you go back to your old job you liked better?
