Just saying because I hear about people accidentally killing their liver a lot from the GI fellows who moonlight in the ER....get some thing stronger if you need it but don't overdo the Tylenol....

Also peanut butter chocolate milkshakes...yum with protein...

Thanks for that sometimes. Damn, I've been taking a lot of Tylenol. I was on really high doses before the back surgery as well as other pain meds. But that was temporary.

I have stronger pain meds but I don't like taking them, they make me anxious. What I really need is a good mouth guard. I can get one otc but I guess they don't work as well as the one from the dentist. I don't have dental so....this sucks!
