I took lexipro for years and it worked great for me, but has horrible sexual side effects. I had no desire for sex. It finally drove my husband to say change or he is leaving. I've switched to viibryd, wellbutrin and xanax. I like the xanax. I have other things going on in my life right now so I think that's why they have me on more meds. But my sex drive is back!
