I know chocolate is yummy....but all that sugar really messes up your serotonin, ya know? Spikes it WAY up high, then....no d'oh...comes shooting Kaboomy shabangy zoomy WAY down low.

So quit that you silly British Bear!!! Try nice thick-cut oatmeal instead! With goodly amounts of yummy fruit, and nuts and cinnamon, and whatever else makes your bear tummy happy. Any whole grain goodness will do. There - that's my special cure for the Bear.

Of course, you didn't ask, but that's the best kind of advice to give! The kind no one wants!!!! :-)
