Sometimes we do feel low crazy or blue and yes alcohol drugs and situations are all different but in that situation where I didn't want to fail to fall or give up I proved that every one of you is fighting a tough steel rope every day and it's a tougher steel rope than non normal folks or non depressed people.

So give yourself a pat on the back because when we get out of bed you take a tough route and always make it back to bed at night.
