"co consciousness"
it's more looking at my life and decisions I made that didn't make since. Decisions that have had a very negative impact on my life. The neg. impact decisions started when I relocated and took on a very high-stress job. It's quite sad to see how this has affected my life. But it's also strong motivation to heal.
I see...here in NY (the one in the USA as opposed to other locations) and in the USA in general looking at ones life and the decisions that have beei through out a persons life isnt a mental disorder nor is it having alters nor is it co consciousness.....

anyone mental disordered or not can look back on their life, evaluate their decisions that they have made...we even have a name for this....

the 7 year itch , midlife crisis, and that wonderful word therapy. during each one of these phases in a persons life they look back on their life, decide whether they are happy where their life is at and the decisions that they have made in their life, make changes to their present so that their futures will be how and what they want it to be.

this kind of thing is considered to be completely normal and everyone does it at some point.

children do it when they turn 18 and see that they are now adults and can do what ever they want. they look back on their life so far and decide they didnt like some of the decisions their parents or the law has made for them and make changes.

a person who is pregnant looks back on their life and whether they like their decisions they have made to this point and make changes for a better life with their self and their children

someone who is getting married does this too, ...

the list goes on about all the normal situations that involve looking back on ones life and not liking what they have chosen for their self back in the past.

Examples of co consciousness with alters....

my hearing polly in my head
my hearing words come out of my mouth and knowing its polly and what is happening.
my being able to talk to my alters.
watching what is going on but from the perspective of polly.
feeling anxious but knowing that feeling is not mine its pollly that feel anxious.
sitting in therapy and knowing Im the one in therapy but hearing or feeling what polly is saying or feeling in my head

there are many different ways a person can be co conscious with their alters.
co consciousness means you are connected to the alter so that you know its the alters voice, you know what the alter is doing, you know what the alter is saying/feeling/..and perceiving things as the alter is the one doing saying and deciding things.
