For me, I think it would depend on the nature of the breakup, where each of us live, what we are doing in our lives and why I do/do not want to tell this person I am pregnant as well as my perception of the character of the other person. The abruptness of "a few weeks later" would bother me, sounds like there was sex and then a quick, perhaps angry breakup without much communication.
