Thank you really, I have just really been having a hard time. We unexpectantly had a meeting today, all of the head staff people and me for an hour. It was so hard, I think I left for part of it actually. I don't know though. It was rather difficult though. Thank you so much for responding, it really means alot. My T actually came and did an inservice when I first moved in for all of the staff. I am thinking that maybe things are getting settled right now though. I hope anyway.
