I don't have a story to share; I'm just beginning my degree at 35, though I keep changing my mind as to what that degree will be. But anyway, I just want to offer some encouragement. I think it would be great to see you finish your thesis and I agree with what some others have said; breaking it down into smaller steps will help. It also might help to sit down sometime when you have a few minutes and make a list of steps you need to take leading up to the writing process, so that you are prepared and can support yourself through the process.
