How about following the chain of command. I have a sister thats in assisted living home and they have aids and stuff but there is also supervisors and supervisors for the supers. My sister says every professional in the assisted homes has to answer to an ethics committee and there is always a complaint procedure form that is handed out at intake that explains who to contact outside the assisted living home for complains about the employees. the opaper gives name of the "district supervisor" or local supervisor outside the home that over sees the people working in the homes. Call your local mental health government office and they can tell you who to contact. They may even be the ones overseeing the therapists in the assisted living homes. if you are there because of medical health call your physt\ician he can tell you who outside the home is overseeing the medical employees of the home.
