Yeah my friend in Minnesota has two rescue cats....it's totally doable...she got the mom as well as a kitten and they sleep with her every night. My aunt lives out in the country next to people with horses and she is one of the most animal loving people I know....not everyone in the country shoots things or leaves them out to die. For many of us the animals are not only our responsibility but part of our family as well...
